For You
& Your Beloved Pet
In-Home Pet Euthanasia Services for Northeast Arkansas
Providing the gift of a peaceful passing for your beloved pet in the comfort of their own home. Your pet’s last moments are important to us. Our focus is to provide compassionate end-of-life care for your pet. Our mission is to make this process as stress-free and peaceful as possible.
About Us
We understand how excruciatingly difficult it is to make the decision to end the life of your companion, no matter the circumstances. Add on top of that the stress of taking your sick, old, and/or fearful pet to their local veterinary clinic for their very last moments on Earth. It’s heartbreaking. But the reality of the situation is that most pet owners will have to make this decision at some point in their pet’s lives. We want to make this entire process as stress-free as possible by offering the option of saying goodbye in a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment. All while surrounded by the family that they love. This could be in your living room, backyard, or their favorite park.
Dr. Mark Waldrop has devoted his life to the care of animals, guided by a deep respect for the bond between pets and the families who love them. Originally from Gainesville, Texas, he spent much of his childhood in Nashville, Tennessee, where his lifelong connection to animals first took root.
Say goodbye in the safety &
comfort of your own home.
The Process
Once Dr. Mark arrives at your home, he will talk with you about your pet, go over any paperwork, and answer any lingering questions. This gives your pet time to acclimate to the doctor’s presence while in their home.
Care With A Purpose
We provide tailored end-of-life care. Peaceful Crossings wants to help in any way possible to create the perfect goodbye. This service can be provided indoors or outdoors, weather permitting.

Euthanasia Is Kind
Most owners want their pets to pass peacefully in their sleep. That sounds great, right? Unfortunately, most pets do not go peacefully on their own terms. Dogs and cats do not show pain like us humans. They often suffer in silence. By the time they do show outward signs of pain, they have already been suffering for far too long. The truth of a “natural death” is that it is not pretty and not without suffering. We are here to give the gift of a dignified death. One with no suffering and no pain.
Setting Up An Appointment
Whether your pet is nearing the end of life and you want to plan ahead, or your pet is experiencing a sudden decline, in-home euthanasia offers a compassionate and peaceful option.

Testimonials
We appreciate every one of our clients who trust us with the care of their loved pets. We know this is a hard time in their life and we do not take their choice to use our services lightly.
My cat Zulu was a sweet soul to everyone who came to our home but when we took her to the vet she completely lost her mind Even with medication I gave before taking her she never had a good visit to the vet. When her kidneys started to fail we had to go too often and she hated even seeing the carrier Eventually, the medication and her treatments weren’t helping and I knew it was time to let her go, but I hated the thought of torturing her one more time. I contacted Dr. Waldrop who came to my home. Zulu wasn’t fearful and even wanted some pets, we had a chance to say our goodbyes then Dr. Waldrop gave her a shot and she gradually drifted to sleep in my arms. She wasn’t aware when he gave her the final shot. It was very peaceful and I so appreciated the compassion and care that was shown to Zulu and me. While it was a painful decision to make. I was thankful that she didn’t have to experience any fear from traveling, and that her last moments were with me, loving on her, in her home.

Benson was our beloved Great Dane. We got him as an awkward puppy at eight weeks of age. He grew quickly into a loving giant in our home. While he was part of our family, we had two daughters that learned to walk, holding onto his shoulders, and he saw them all the way to junior high. Eventually, he started developing arthritis in his back and hips and medication helped but overtime he continued to deteriorate because of his size it was very difficult and painful to load him into the car to take him to the vet. We knew it was time to say goodbye as he was in pain and most dogs as big as him don’t live to be 14. I was thankful that his last day was at home with the girls he helped raise. We all had time to love on him and his last memories were of his family surrounding him rubbing all his favorite spots.
Thank you Dr Waldrop for your help in making our families worst day a little easier for all of us.
